The staff were a great help in getting me sorted with a van, and keeping me on the road. Everything was so easy, from hiring to extending, and then completing the hire.

After a long tiring journey all you need is to pick up your rental car and go without the hard selling of extras; as is common with many other airport car rental companies. This does not happen with Arnold Clark. Will definitely use again.

Courteous, considerate staff. The car wasn't ideal, but the genuine frendliness of the staff more than made up for that - and they refunded me a day's rental for my annoyance with the car, which I feel was over the top.

When I returned the car, my car still had 60 miles of battery. This car can only reach 160 miles when fully charged. I had the same rental experience last week, and the staff told me that if I didn't fully charge it when I returned it, I only had to pay 10 pounds. But when I returned it today, the staff charged me 64.64 pounds and told me that this rule was changed last week. I hope everyone will never choose this garbage company. They use 50% off to attract customers, and then charge more from other aspects. I will never choose this garbage car rental company again!
