Good car. Polite friendly staff.

As a woman of a certain age and having trawled the internet, I found trying to rent a car very confusing and tiresome and felt discriminated against for being in a certain age group. When I came across Arnold Clark Rentals at Ringway Trading Estate Manchester everything changed, my age was no problem and the process of hiring a car became very easy. Naz at customer service desk went through everything with me and explained everything in detail. He was friendly, kind and patient and gave me all the information on the car I was hiring, explaining how everything worked and in no time at all I was on my way. Returning the hire car was just as easy and straight forward. There was an Arnold Clark shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport and also drop me back. I can highly recommend this company.

Friendly fast efficient and competitive pricing

Whilst our commercial vehicle was a bit poorly we reached out to Arnold Clark in Stafford for some emergency help so that our business could remain operational. We dealt with Bethan, Abby, and Joe and all three of them were amazing to do business with. They made it really easy to hire a commercial vehicle, at really short notice, and they maintained a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude throughout our experience. We were consistently pleased with the assistance they provided us, and they really understood the tricky situation we'd found ourselves in, and were more than happy to help us through it. Thank you ever so much! We will be a returning customer should we need to hire a vehicle again.

We had to hire a large car with adequate boot space to accommodate 4 adults, a dog and a wheelchair. The hire process was easy. The branch staff were friendly and helpful and the cost to hire the car was very good, despite the cover for 3 drivers. An overall very positive experience.

Great overall experience with the Murray Street team. Also the drive experience of the hired van a Renault trafic with which I was most impressed. Reversing camera brilliant bit of kit!
