Very interactive, great explanations, visuals, and scenarios

Absolutely the most engaging, insightful and FUN INTERACTIVE training I’ve attended in a long while! Bonsey is the best trainer!!! She explained everything in detail and was VERY organized and concise in presentation and learning!

My instructor, Bonsy, was awesome! She gave real examples, was very clear in her communications, kept the course on target with regard to time and the curriculum, and was very easy to follow.

Bonsy made the class informative and engaging. The breakout activities helped considerably. The actual test question answers were quite different from the learning format, and one in particular was in direct opposition to an email I sent on confirmation of a quiz response. Fortunately, the practice tests had the correct response and so I was able to correct the mis-statement on the final test response.

I thought the class was phenomenal. Packed with with useful information and group activities to solidify the concepts. You basically cannot fail the test if you listen, take notes and pay attention. Its designed to almost guarantee you pass.

The free exclusive bonus offered "Completed Power Resume/CV for a Brighter Career!" was of extremely low quality. No effort was put into the final product. I completed the form, and the resume was created was a word document that took my form inputs verbatim. It doesn't resemble a professional resume in the slightest. If I paid for this, I would be asking for my money back immediately.

When I was considering which instructor to sign up with I was suspicious of all the 5 star reviews - boy am I glad I took a chance!! I can't imagine a better CSM class! Our instructor, Bonsy, was amazing! She made the material very easy to understand and provided great real world examples to help solidify the concepts. You can really feel her expertise! The class activities and materials were really helpful too! I've already recommended this specific course with Bonsy to several people. If you're on the fence, go for it! You won't regret it!
