Excellent CSM class! Instructor was very knowledgeable and created a well structured class. Handouts were useful and helped when taking the CSM exam. Instructors kept the class moving so you were never bored. I only wish she taught other project management certification classes.

The course was fantastic and the instructor did a great job of keeping the focus on the content and used some good tools throughout the event. The UC Agile support however needs some work. This is professional training that comes at some cost and dealing with the support for this training course felt unprofessional and amateurish. I called the support number the business day prior to the start of the class to verify I was set, and inquire about when the Zoom link information would be sent out. (The call was answered with a simple questioning hello. Is this UC Agile?) I was informed to check my email the night before the scheduled event. Over the weekend an email as sent to my corporate email about a change of instructor and I was given an option to continue with the class, reschedule, or refund. I do not monitoring my corporate email on weekends except I would be for the expected Sunday evening email. I saw this email on Sunday evening and I selected to stay in the scheduled class with the new instructor. The email had stated I would get follow up instructions after making this selection. I did not. Monday morning I still had not received the Zoom link or email instructions. I am on the West Coast in the US and the class was scheduled to start at 7am my time. I actually got up earlier and made a call to the support number and got a generic mail box message. I left a message about my situtation and my contact information. About 15 minutes before the start of the training I got a basic email with just a Zoom link to sign in with. The whole situation leading up to this point did not feel like I was dealing with a profesional business. I will say however that once I started the training course it was spot on and the training was fantastic. All other adminstrative information was delivered in a timely fashion with the usual information of what to expect next and when I could take the certification test. I am not sure if I would work with UC Agile again, but in the end everything turned out to be good.

Customer service is so bad I almost thought I was being scammed. Only one representative on call, I called twice and each time she answers the phone confused as if I’m calling the wrong number. Needed to reschedule and she said she couldn’t do it? A day later I call back and she says it’s been done but I have no email confirmation, no zoom link, but she didn’t see the issue. Still not sure if I’m being scammed or not lol.

It was a great experience to be taught by Bonsy for my CSM. She taught a great class that was informative, resourceful and interactive - one of my favorite virtual training sessions I've been apart of. Bonsy's approach to SCRUM is digestible and exciting. She has a great knowledge of the subject that had me wanting to learn more. I'm excited to implement my teaching in the workplace. A note on UC Agile - I signed up about 1 business day before class started and had to contact customer service for Zoom information. Keep in mind that it may be best to sign up early.

I have attended the class led by Bonsy who is an experienced scrum master herself. She has cleared explained the concepts and answered questions by providing informative suggestions case studies and sharing additional material. I also enjoyed the interaction of all group studies and discussion. It has been a very fulfilling two days courses over the weekend.
