The refund was requested on a Saturday and was promptly processed the following Monday which was unexpected I would have expected a longer process so was impressed with the speed of it.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025I had purchased insurance on my booking for a special night out for my wife’s birthday, as in life things happen and due to injury and illness she was not able to attend. I had made an initial approach to secure my booking to get more info before I made my claim, it wasn’t a small amount being over £500, the claim was made and went through the process and was paid directly into my bank, so in the great scheme of things if you insure it and make a genuine claim, they pay out that’s it , so I can’t complain in any way, will make sure for any large ticket/booking purchase I will insure it as you never know what’s going to happen.

The refund has gone into my bank account, but it was £2 short. The ticket was for my 19year old grandson's and not a child refund, it should have been £29 the price of an adult.
