I had an excellent experience at LabMedExpert. Despite having no prior histology lab experience, the attentive trainers made everything understandable and answered all my questions in detail. My experience at LabMed Expert was no regrets at all. The fact that I was not referred by anyone, I searched on Google, did my research about them and decided to give it a try, and they met my expectation and surpassed it. Wonderful experience! At first I thought how am I going to get the skills just in 5 weeks. But as the course was named INTENSIVE histology course it was definitely the outcome. You can definitely section 25 blocks WITHIN an hour. The trainer Manpreet was fantastic and very attentive to each of the individual. The way she explains the modules and clears any doubts straight away.

The trainer was very attentive and taught me in a way that I was able to understand the practice of histology lab ( I have no prior experience). They also helped and give ideas on how to better my CV and offered opportunities for more trainings when I secure more job interviews.

The trainers in this department are very professional and friendly. The skills which I learnt are relevant for my job related to Histology, which cannot be learnt from my university education. The trainers also helped me to prepare my interviews, which increased my confidence, and the director also served as my referee for my job application. 1 month after my training, I can secure my first paid job in the medical school, paving the way for me to secure my career development in the biomedical profession.

Sincerely, the intensive histology training put me back on track. l have practice in multidisciplinary laboratory in my home country, however my first day in this training make feel a welcome to histology environment. After graduating from a biomedical science degree, I found it very difficult to secure a job in a NHS lab. I spent months applying but no luck. The LabMedExpert intensive microbiology course gave me the crucial experience in a lab that NHS employers require. The course gave me knowledge of specimen reception and how a NHS microbiology lab would function. I became proficient in streaking, gram staining, culturing of samples, microscopy and identifying the pathogen. On the last week, I secured a job at a NHS lab as a medical laboratory assistant.

Thanks for the opportunity, I feel the whole idea about the laboratory was poor and not intensive as expected, I can't fizzle my hands on only indiko equipment and you expect me to be more elaborate on my answers to the scenario questions. We have so many equipment in chemistry laboratory and not indiko alone Secondly I feel biochemistry should be combined with an intensive training in haematology and blood transfusions and not biochemistry alone Thirdly the money was too much compared to what I was expecting, I will even be glad if I get a refund or a drastic slash in price of my training to avoid complete regret attending.

Had a great experience at the LabmedExpert event today! All the staff were lovely and super helpful and informative. Gave me an insight into some of the lab work and skills/expertise needed to work in the industry and I am looking into doing the intensive course with them to gain vital experience to peruse a career. I had difficulty getting a job in the nhs histopathology laboratory. I registered for the intensive histology training. It was quite challenging and helped build my confidence. I was able to secure a role in the nhs laboratory towards the end of my training.

I came on a corporate training course for Histology, the training provided good in depth practical knowledge of how to prepare tissue samples, embed & most importantly section the tissue. I loved learning all the techniques. My only negative would be that I found 3 hours to be a little too short and I would have personally benefitted longer training days. More training on quality issues would have been an extra benefit too but all in all extremely happy with the training.

I was on the two week intensive corporate course. I was looking for some more experience in trouble shooting with certain histology practices. I learned some new techniques with embedding/microtomy however felt they didn’t know how to resolve certain common microtomy problems such as chattering. The staff were friendly and inviting. They new a lot about diagnostic histology practices. The class was also small so got one on one time with the trainers. Would recommend their course for new starters to histology.

Absolutely loved learning all the biomedical science related careers, it was really well taught and the institution itself was lovely! ❤️

I bought along 34 biology A level students to visit the lab. Students had a great experience understanding what the role of a scientist is in a lab. Lots of advice was given by the team on careers in science, interview and personal statement tips. students had plenty of hands on experience including opportunities to pipettes, gram staining, microscopy and specimen reception! A special thanks to Kunle, Aisha, Judy, Foca and Pamela for giving our students such a memorable and educative experience!

Used LabMedExpert for our Covid testing when abroad and due to problems with their systems they were unable to provide testing info for our return flight in time, although they took our money. Trying to get hold of them via phone or email was impossible and they never responded to any request. Clearly set themselves up to do testing for the business but clearly did not have the staff, the systems etc to provide any form of reasonable service. Did not refund money and would have taken them to the Smalls Claim Court if I had the time. Would never recommend. Date of experience was Jul-2021 but unable to put that into TrustPilot due to being too long ago.

The training was intensive and the training officers were really helpful. At the end of the program, I had improved on my laboratory skills, increased my confidence and had couple of promising interviews.

A very conducive environment. Training officers were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I wasnt only grounded on the practical aspect of histology but the theory aspect as well. The training was worth the fee.
