Completed intensive histology training, it was a focused group. Course is well structured- learned a lot. Made friends and had a great time whilst learning vital skills - well worth the money.

I started the training with rusty laboratory skills. I had never been to a histology laboratory. Halfway through the programme, I regained my confidence, made great friends and built more connections. The training is intensive and you get challenged in multiple scenarios. You are also trained in general staining techniques and special staining in the histology laboratory. The training officers are always glad to help. My only regret is not starting early.

Wonderful experience so far

I have taken part in the Intensive Microbiology Training and I must say it was extremely worthwhile. I learned a lot and I had the opportunity to work on my practical skills while assisted by their team. I have greatly enjoyed the experience and while it is a challenging programme, I believe it is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain diagnostic laboratory experience.

Scam site. Doesn't give confirmation emails or information for passenger locator forms. Emailing their support always bounces back. Please save your energy and money and avoid this "company".

ordered 2No two day tests for me and my partner. sent them off together, received mine back in time, still waiting for my partners, this was 5 weeks ago, I couldn't get in touch with Labmed cos they don't reply to e mails or answer phone calls and their message box is full. reported them to my bank as a scam to see if they could get a response as I paid through debit card, the bank has refunded me for the test as it was an undelivered service, I'm not too bothered about the cash I just want the scum prosecuted for scamming, over 40% of people are scammed by them.

Please do not waste your money with this company, they do not answer phone, they do not ring you back and do not answer your emails, I ask for my money back but have never received it, the NHS or GOV should strike then off as they are a complete waste of time. I paid for 2 PCR tests one for my wife and 1 for myself, we both received the kit and sent our samples back to the lab for the results. My wife received 8 negative results but I have never received mine which was posted on the 9/12/21

A joke! Bunch of college lab kids playing science. No 24-hour turnarounds. Took 3 days for test to arrive Took over 12 days to receive a day 2 test result. And when I did receive it, I got upwards of a dozen emails. No customer service. Have not been able to make contact and receive full refund.

Reported to NHS and now to Trading Standards - the first one apparently took an action as finally removed from gov.uk list of providers. Avoid these people!!!!! Waste of time, money and nerves. An absolute joke.

Timely service and great price for day 2 PCR test. Received test kit on day 1 and mailed it back on the same day. Received results early evening on the following day.

Paid for 3 PCR tests Day 2, 5 & 8. Sent 1st on Friday 3rd and now its 6 days later and nothing back. Paid for Test & Release sent off test on Tuesday 7th and nothing!!!! TOTAL SCAM!! They do not answer phone and do not answers your emails. How can this Labmedexperts (obviously they are not experts) be gov approved, probably approved at the Govs Xmas party in 2020. What a total joke this country is.

I initially had trouble setting up an account for the day 2&8 tests for a family member, but once I got in contact with them, they were very quick and helpful. The service was great - I'm very impressed!

I ordered the day 2 and day 8 testing kits from abroad but although i paid for those online (the price was low relative to other providers), i never received a Booking reference that is needed for the PLF. So, i had to purchase the same from a different company (123clinics, which also proved a scam..) Once arrived in UK, the testing kits were delivered but i could not use them because the links sent in the emails were not working. I tried to call them several times but voice mail or ''no one is available at the moment ' ' Unfortunately this is one more of those companies that are a fraud, taking advantage of the pandemic craziness. Please stay away of those. I will report them. Stay healthy and happy.

They ignore your emails once you've paid.

Lab Med Expert have always done exactly what they said. Have used them several times and they were faultless. Can't recommend them highly enough

I ordered at-home tests for day 2 and day 8 as well as an early-release test. The day 2 / 8 tests showed up a few weeks early (which could have been disastrous if it were sent to a hotel or other temporary quarantine); the early release test never showed up *at all*. The product itself is fine; everything is labeled well and directions are clear. The day 2 test went as planned; however, the day 8 test result, which I was planning to use as my fit-to-fly test, came back with the wrong test date on it, making it impossible to use for flight. I emailed the company immediately and got an auto reply saying that due to high volume, they couldn't get back to me for seven business days... when my flight was the next day. I had to scramble to book a test at the airport and pay AGAIN due to the incorrect date on the test. All in all: Over one hundred GBP spent on tests, and only 1/3 of that cost came to fruition. Book with a better company.

Kit arrived quickly. Easy to return as pre-labelled envelope enclosed. Results came back quickly as well. I got a text when my sample had been received which was good. I then didnt get a text that my results were back and missed the email. My test was positive but the company did not report any test result back to the NHS - bit worrying!! I was not contacted by anyone that I have had a positive test and Test and Trace didnt know about it.... Tried to contact the company to ask/complain about it - couldnt get through on the phone ("voicemail full", then cut off) or via email (just didnt respond) Surely reporting results is 50% of what they are supposed to do with these PCR tests that they charge people for as well...

Used this company for day 2 and day 8 covid test and it worked out perfectly. Got the results the next day.

Ordered a day 2 test well in advance of my holiday. Came within a couple of days. Posted Monday and got results Wednesday. My friend also ordered her fit to fly test with lab med expert and she had the results the following day. I think the bad reviews are showing just how overwhelmed/busy the company may have been, especially as they are Definitely the most reasonably priced one on the government website. I will be using this company again. Thank you
