This company is shocking. My kit didn’t include a postage return sticker. It took over a day to finally get a response from them despite continually calling. I did not get out of isolation until day 9 which completely defeated the point. Do not use this company

Got day 2 day 8 test kits from them and I sent my day 2 kit on a Monday and it’s now Friday and there is no results. I’ve tried emailing and calling and I actually got through a call which was a miracle but the person cut the line and when I try to call back it keeps saying the famous line of ‘mail box is full’ DO NOT USE them, it’s incredibly disrespectful to not have a number or a way of contact so that your clients can get in contact with you

I’ve receive a result for test to release but I’m still waiting for the result of day 2. I tried to call them , to contact on Facebook and Twitter to send various email but nothing. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. I needed to come back urgently at work but nothing I still need to stay at home and to wait. Don’t use them!

I purchased the Fit To Fly RT-PCR Test Kit. It arrived to my home in 1-2 days. I followed the clear instructions for the swab test and mailed it off with provided postage/envelope in priority postbox before 10:00am. I receieved a confirmation email and text upon the labs receiving my kit by 12:00pm next day and my Fit To Fly certificate by 3:00 via text and email. Very happy with my experience with this. Hi actually i used their same day result for test to release for Covid-19 but it was not the same day result and the wasted my time and i had to stay in quarantine more than 5 days even though i paid for the same day test, i called them after 36 hours of my test and they said we can not do anything and same day result is for when we receive the sample which is nonsense so this is my advice , do not buy test to release from them because you have to wait for more 3 to 4 days for their result.

Don't use them. No result for 5th day release test ruined all my plans,no response to e-mails and phon call. Zero respect for customer,fundamental lack of undersanding how important is getting test's result on time.Company like this shoudnt exist in 21 ceuntry. Don't use them and tell to every one who need a test keep away from the company.

Apparently, I picked a wrong delivery option/location for my package hence it couldn't be delivered. After my complaint on here, they reached out to me and we are half way through resolution. Thank you I got my refund,thanks to the team

I ordered a 'day 2' (green country) test; got emails confirming it; received quickly, before I got home; booking code worked on Gov.co.uk passenger locator form. In short, all worked perfectly! I was seriously worried after seeing other reviewers' bad experiences, especially after reading on the email that it was my responsibility to be there when the courier delivered but a) I was abroad and b) there were no further comms about delivery date etc, so I thought maybe I had been scammed. But it was all completely fine.

No 5-day-release test acknowledgement or result. Ruined holidays and a hole in my pocket. They could not be bothered to reply to emails or phone calls

Scam scam scam! We are still waiting for my Mum's day 2 Covid test and she's due day 8 test today! We received a text message from "royal mail" saying that our package hasn't been delivered because we haven't paid the postage fee of £1.99 and a link to follow to make the payment. The envelope is prepaid so no one should pay any further postage! You can't get them on the phone, no reply to emails! Absoloute scam! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Used them for test to release. They replied quickly to a query I had and the test came the day before I needed to take my test. I got the results 2 days later.

Excellent service! One of the cheapest test to release options. Email query was answered very quickly and fully by Harry with the test arriving the next day. Good clear instructions and I was very surprised to receive results on a Saturday as I expected lab to be shut. Many thanks.

I was genuinely worried having seen all the poor reviews, but I feel I must re-address things based on my and my husbands personal experience. Day 2 & 8 tests arrived for both of us before we arrived in the country (we are expats living overseas but are home for a visit with family and friends). Took the tests yesterday and took them to local post sorting office before noon. Today an email from LabMed Expert around 10am saying they had received our samples. Then an email at 3.05pm today confirming our results were negative. No complaints at all. 5 Star service. It mus be very tough out there. Everyone makes mistakes, but for us they have completely delivered as expected.

Appalling - where is my fit-to-fly test - I now have one day left to find a provider of a legitimate service and again pay over the odds - do not use!! Late PCR tests are of no USE and the fact that this company can't be reached by e-mail or phone says it all. Don't be fooled by the website that appears scientific and honest.

still waiting a response , a call back request not complete, no responses on email and I am sitting with a test I cannot use. I can't log on and the reset is not working. The email stated tuse the link in the email but it did not exist. Sent 4 emails today , nothing

DO NOT USE ,the government should be ashamed to have this company on its web site , you can't contact them, phone mail box full up. Absolutely criminal, like the government

Ordered two Test to Release Day 5 tests for me and my partner. Her test arrived without the Biohazard swab which rendered it useless. Livid is an understatement. What kind of a company can’t even pack the correct contents for an urgent test package? How did this company get on the Governments approved list? Do not use them Update 06/07/2021: In fairness to this company they promised to immediately courier a replacement test kit to our address and they were as good as their word. They also processed the tests within hours so I feel that my initial review was too harsh. They did go the extra mile for us

The tests are cheap and received within a day. Great service! I had some last minute worries about when the fit to fly results would be ready. The team responded promptly and were very helpful. Happy with the service all in all.

Received test to release day 5 test kit at the same time than day 8 kit from a different provider. DO NOT USE!!

I have echoed the review of several dissatisfied individuals with this company. They are absolutely, incompetent with the work that they have been assigned to do for the public. They are not even cleaver enough to read customers reviews and make amends. I ordered a 2 and 8th day kit for my husband who travelled to the uk. He arrived on the 13th June 2021 and is still waiting for day 2 kit to arrive. Several calls made to the company were unanswered because they never pickup the calls and their answering machine is constantly stated as full. They have several email addresses that were not genuine and the one email address that was given to me when they eventually answer a call after several days, was still not responsive. My husband today received a kit, to have discovered it was not in his name. It was only the envelope that was addressed to him but the inside contents were the information of a pregnant women who sent her kit off to LabMedExpert Limited and even hand wrote that she was pregnant and needed a quick response. Obviously, she sent the kit off to LabMedExpert Limited to be tested but as such this woman's test was instead placed in an in an envelope and sent to my husband. I have since been trying to get through to them on the phone which has constantly being engaged. I have given up on them and now just want the money back to get my husband a kit through a more reliable company. I really hope that LabMedExpert Limited, will take the time to read their reviews, especially this one because I will be reporting them to the government website where they have been approved and secondly will be taking them to the small claims court for a full refund of my money plus interest. This company is undisputedly rubbish.
