My daughter took out an extortionate loan with you. She fell very ill last year and also lost her job, she contacted you but your phone service is appalling and your online contact option is reprehensible...and your service is disgusting. You've failed to acknowledge her illness, you failed to return emails. when you did decide to reply you kept her waiting stating someone will get back to her then delaying it again and then advising her to use the financial ombudsman, when i suggested she push for an answer after months of waiting, you then respond the next day and you then wrote you called multiple times to a number you also state didnt work?? and your emails to her bounced back?? Excuse after excuse. You have failed a very vulnerable woman. I've no doubt you are very helpful when offering loans knowing the high returns you expect back but your aftercare is atrocious. You have no idea how much this has impacted her. If this is your way of taking high amounts of money from those who are vulnerable then yes, the financial ombudsman, as you suggest she does contact, is involved in your poor practice.
