Ordered a glass which I never received. No message left through my letter box from postman, no sign of postman making a delivery to my property on my ring bell and no safe place to put a parcel outside of my property. Company sent a aerial view of my road and said post office had delivered it which was totally wrong as they didn’t deliver it to me and then practically accused me of having the item stating they loose money with theft and why didn’t I tell them there wasn’t a safe place to leave the package! They then informed me that they had asked the police to investigate, I’m sure they have more important things to do than trying to locate a £20+ something glass! Really it’s just laughable and I have never had this experience with any other company in all the years of ordering on line, absurd customer service.

I arranged to visit the premises to make sure I purchased the correct seat/stick. After a bit of gentle banter regarding the correct seat for my weight I was demonstrated and advised regarding a couple of models, took this perfect gentleman’s advice, purchased & left very happy having received excellent serice
