The whole ordering and receiving process was carried out without a hitch and in a friendly manner. The walking stick/seat was a birthday gift and another member of my family unfortunately had the same idea. So I had to arrange for the return of the second item. This return process, although not complete yet, appears to be proceeding in a similarly efficient and helpful way.

How fast it got here. Only about 4 or 5 days. Packaging was fine. USPS lost the package it went from 6 hours away to the other side of the Country and then back. That took an extra 10 days. Thanks USPS!

Found this company through ebay. They are amazing , went on their website and they have so much choice. Will definitely use them again and very quick delivery

Price point for the product was very good, paid for DHL delivery which was particularly poor and took longer than expected to arrive with very poor customer updates. When contacting the vendor they were not that interested in the issue.

It was easy to order, came very quickly, it looks great but it’s a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been put to the test yet
