As a comic book collector i know how to open packages carefully but my GAMO Maintenance kit arrived with small/deep blade scratch marks on both sides from i guess a previous opening. Outer packing had no damage so found it a little strange it was not noticed when sending. Nothing too bad or worth sending back over i am just a little surprised at quality control. 8/10. The maintenance set itself is a great piece of kit with everything you need to service your rifle/pistol.

Sent item to billing address and not shipping address. Now putting the onus on me to organise reshipping and delivery - lot of hassle which should be the responsibility of this company but they are not responding to requests or taking any positive action to remedy. Be aware if shipping to a different address from the billing address
