Quite quick and easy to order over the telephone. The parcel arrived within three days, mind you I had to pay £6 postage for that service but it got here safe and sound. The gentleman on the other end of the phoneline was polite and helpful.

This item has a maximum length of 93 cm, the same as The shorter model. I am 6‘4” and the stick is on suitable as a walking aid. It is useful as a mobile seat by carrying in the supplied backpack. For this reason, I am happy to keep the item and use it as a portable seat. However, I would not recommend for anyone requiring walking support. A walking pole would be more beneficial. To me the phone holder has limited use. Please contact if you would like further information.

I ordered two tins of pellets which got delivered next day, upon opening them I quickly realised lots were damaged and not usual quality. I contacted the guys to explain via email. We bought two TaDa2 sticks for our visit to Rome last week and they were Fantastic! Chatsworth (my country seat) was completely reliable and commanded the utmost respect from the Swiss Guard at the Vatican; and my wife sported Wentworth (her country seat) which was the envy of all the fashionable ladies. Comfortable, sturdy and above all light, we were delighted- and its resemblance to a stripped down Kalashnikov meant undesirables gave us a wide berth Money well spent!
