They have sent me an email that I have cancelled my booking when I hadn’t. When I called them, they told me that my card payment did not go through hence, they have cancelled my booking. This was not true, as well, as I could see that the payment was pending on my card and when I phoned my card provider they told me that the payment has been approved by them but cancelled by the other party. This company is a complete scam!

Llevo más de 10 años utilizando autoeurope y nunca me ha fallado. Siempre me da el mejor precio, mejor opciones, información clara, y mejor tratamiento. En los últimos 15 años, solo tuve dos incidencias. La primera, el proveedor, por culpa de idioma, me ha cobrado más por una cosa que no he pedido. AutoEurope gestionó la incidencia y me devolvieron el dinero. El otro fue cancelando la reserva muy cerca a las 48 horas y no he podido realizarlo online y tuve que llamar. Me lo gestionaron sin problemas después. Siempre recomiendo AutoEurope a todo el mundo. No conozco un servicio mejor. ¡Muchas gracias!

Por lo general los precios son bastante bajos. Su soporte legal es malo.

La reserva se realizó de forma sencilla, el servicio fue tal cual lo habíamos reservado y para nuestra sorpresa pudimos cambiar la fecha del alquiler del coche una vez cerrada sin ninguna pega y de forma rápida

Se ha perdido la posibilidad de hacer una llamada a número de teléfono español para recibir asistencia y tampoco hay agentes que atiendan en castellano. Los precios han subido considerablemente. Esperemos que la calidad del servicio y de los partners no haya decaído también.

I was charged a large amount of money for damage I did not do. I have the evidence on video (taken at time of car collection) that the damage was already there before I hired the car. But I have still been charged.
