United Kingdom | 10 December 2024I bought 2 watches one being a Gucci one that came with no warranty or paperwork , tried putting in serial number on the Gucci website a few times now and the watch is not found , also no plastic cover over the watch like the other one , emailed the company 4 times , got 1 reply eventually saying it was registered day of purchase and no other answers to my questions, sent another email wanting to return as it is looking like a fake if Gucci can’t find the warranty

I ordered 9:30am but they didn’t even ship the item until 12:30pm the next day. So having to send it back as it didn’t come on time. I have to pay for the return, which I wouldn’t have had to had I bought with Gucci. Also I paid £5 for it to be gift wrapped and they didn’t do that either. UPDATE. Burrells refunded me the £8 it cost to send it back.

United Kingdom | 01 November 2024I placed an order for earrings cost over £1500.00 as soon as I placed the order realised I had purchased the wrong item and sent immediately an email to cancel. I am unable to understand why Burrells can not cancel the order when it wasnt even processed. I have to accept the order and return which is costing Burrells for postage and costing me the customer to return. I will definitely not do business with a company like this and hope this will warn other customers of their business practices. BEWARE . I will return the package un opened.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2024I recently had my Tag Heuer serviced through Burrells and sadly received one of the worst customer service experiences I have had regarded a high value item. I was originally quoted 6-8 weeks (my wedding was just over 8 weeks away) and so I asked if it would be possible if anything could be done to ensure it was back before then, fully aware this may not happen. I did not receive any update until I called up myself after 6 weeks only to discover that it was estimated another 6 weeks before its return. Frustrated, I asked to be emailed a detailed list of the dates and locations of where my watch had been throughout the process to try and gauge where the hold up had occurred. I received no such list. I also explained that I expected some sort of discount for the delay and the sales person explained she would see what she could do. Eventually - almost 13 weeks after dropping it off (4 weeks after the wedding) I received an automated text to say it was ready to be picked up. On arrival, the lady who gave me my watch back was completely unaware of any of my correspondence with Burrells and not only made me pay full price for the service plus parts etc but also guaranteed me that her colleague would call the next day to discuss price (she specifically told me to keep the receipt) and also the tracking list of where my watch had been. It has now been over a week and no such call has happened. Very very disappointed in what should be a simple matter to resolve.
