Lovely items which arrived quickly and without issue. When visiting the store in Winchester it sadly made that initial experience a distant memory and made me wish I had made my purchases elsewhere. Staff were unhelpful and the manager was rude. I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend. There are many other jewellers in the area that would appreciate your business and would offer a much better level of service regardless of spend on any given occasion.

The “manager” is very rude, aggressive, intimidating and unprofessional. He could do with some management training. However Matt is very nice and helpful. I would not recommend Burrells to anyone. Customer service doesn’t exist. No reply to emails, also they don’t answer the phone. All about the sales. Just don’t bother.

Pleasant people who show an interest in their customers. I’ve bought be one £3000 watch here but they gave me the wrong box and warranty card, so I had to return to the shop. Have made two enquiries where they promised to give me a call with the answer yet I’ve heard nothing afterwards.

I recently purchased a new watch through Burrell's, Winchester. The whole process, from choosing & ordering, through to delivery & collection, took about 6-8 weeks. Throughout this time, I visited the shop several times. On each occasion I was always warmly welcomed by the staff and the service I received was faultless. Wrote to this company twice via their own online contact form in regards to when they expected to get a certain watch in stock. Weeks later I have still not heard anything from them. If this is the level of customer service I can expect then they have just lost a potential customer.

Been a customer at Burrell’s for many years . Purchased a few timepieces and even when I’ve sourced from elsewhere, they are kind enough to look after me by adjusting the link removal in my bracelet all free of charge and with a friendly helpful attitude. Paul was excellent throughout. I can’t recommend Burrell’s enough . My next purchase will definitely be from them

I was initially cautious of the website as the outlet prices were so low but after realising they had a store I was happy to proceed. After ordering I called to confirm everything was okay and I received my watch the next day! Great customer service, everyone I spoke to was happy to help, 100% recommend and would order from them again.

SUPERB!!! I only came across Burrells when pandora emailed me to say my item I had paid for wasn't in stock (why would they let me order/pay and have to wait a day to be told not available is beyond me!!) so anyway they refunded me!!! I ordered the item with Burrells at 12.30am was sent an email to say it had been dispatched in the morning, royal mail txt also, this came the following morning! FREE POSTAGE TOO not like pandora's website! It came with a Pandora bag folded neatly ,incase this was a gift. I will definitely use Burrells now for Pandora! Super job! Arrived just in time for my holiday!! Very chuffed, many thanks:-)

Second time using this company, bought 4 pandora charms and a bracelet in their sale, was pleasantly surprised with the bracelet because it hadn't been reduced on any other sites. All came with their authentic boxes and bags and delivered within 2 days. Would definitely recommend, their prices are very competitive.

Bought from their Winchester branch from Paul and both times had fantastic service. A true watch guru and just an overall nice bloke. We walked away with a Tudor Black Bay 58 and a Tag Heuer Aquaracer which are both perfect. Great staff all round but do ask for Paul, he's great!

I placed an order for a Pandora charm, wasn't sure if it was genuine as the price was so low. The delivery process was emailed to me at every stage and when it arrived I was very impressed with the quality. The charm came with a bag and box, so it was nicely presented. All of the stamps were present and it seems a correct weight for the size. I was so impressed I placed a repeat order of little mermaid charms for my 40th and after checking their information, I can see they are a genuine jewellers and I'm going to recommend them to my friends and family.

I ordered 2 Pandora rings in their promotion, website stated they had them in stock. Message today, Sorry despite our best efforts to source them for you there are no more available ! what a croc ! First time purchaser, will not purchase again. Should have read these reviews First.
