United Kingdom | 27 April 2024I went into the Tunbridge Wells branch as was due a yearly diamond check, however was told that the warranty was no longer valid as the company had changed. This could have resulted in just being told this and me going away disgruntled, however Amanda said let me check them for you whilst you are here. I said my ring was needing a good clean and Amanda offered to clean this for me. I asked the cost of replating my wedding ring and re sizing it, so I decided to go ahead, and subsequently had my engagement ring replated too. Every time I visited the store, I received the most genuine and warm welcome from Amanda and she went the extra mile right from the start, it could have made me never go back, however Amanda ensured I received 5 star service and I was made to feel very valued. I hope Amanda gets recognised as her high standard of service will ensure I use Burrells again. Thank you Amanda

United Kingdom | 14 February 2024Burrells Tunbridge Wells. Having been totally ignored in Goldsmiths in Chelmsford I was looking for an alternative place to by some watches. I came across Burrells in Tonbridge Wells, not exactly round the comer but within moments of speaking to who I now know as Leeann dealt with my enquire. I gave her around 6 watches with part numbers to acquire for me to have a look at, and throughout was very patient with me and said they would be in at the weekend. When I turned up Paul dealt with me bringing all the watches promised for me to have a look at. Under no pressure I looked at them all and had chosen a Seiko & Tissot to come home with me. The whole experience was absolutely spot on from my initial phone call to the First Class customer service within the shop. Well Done Leeann & Paul a credit to Burrells. Thanks.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2023Not what I expect from company selling luxury goods. Sent wrong Tag Heuer strap. (Over £100). Rude over the phone. Typical “I can’t be asked” attitude. Sent wrong item back on my expense and only two stars as refunded very promptly, but paid by PayPal so did not expect issue. When questioned return cost, I’ve been told item needs to be inspected to make sure what I am saying is true. Very patronising. Keep my £4, you’re going to need it if you run your business as it is. Avoid. Pay more and get some maybe more “interested” people involved. By the way - “sorry” would be nice.
