The only improvement they can make is ensuring that product is shipped on the requested time frames when possible. Great service and a wide selection of quality products. Carlos has rushed a couple of orders for me that helped me keep my online sales going where I would have had to shut down for a couple days waiting for the shipment to arrive. Products that I have purchased have been of good quality and I have not had any complaints or issues with them. I definitely recommend them.

Wow. What a wholesaler. We have 17 vendors and Kole is by far the best. Christina is always there for us if Charlie isn't. She wears many hats and deserves a raise. Charlie is the best salesman. (NO HIGH PRESSURE). Honest and truly cares about each and every one of his customers.
