More durability on Delivery Packaging-Glass ware

I would recommend this site to anyone. Good deals were available & merchandise was delivered on the dates provided.

I've had good experiences ordering from Kole. The products have arrived in a timely fashion and as described.

good service, products came on time, but one wrinkle was that their pictures posted online is of poor quality. Since we sell online we now have to take our own pictures, costing time and money.

There needs to be a space where I can write instructions so the my order never gets put back again.

I really can't say anything bad about Kole Imports. They are very helpful and have quality items at great prices. My only reservation about giving them a 5 star rating is the shipping is a little slow.

2 orders...both bad. One with damaged goods, and one not filled correctly! Not a good company to order from!

I always get good products and great customer service from Kole Imports.

They respond quickly to questions/concerns. They are very fair in the business dealings that I have had with them. Items are as described, and they ship quickly. One of my favorite companies.

I placed my very first order with Kole Imports on May 11. My shipment never came. The total order was $61 and I have been on the phone with them numerous times in an effort to file a claim. They said they would file it with fedex and never did. I finally had to file it with fedex but they required communication and documentation from Kole which to this date Oct. 2, they have yet to send. Almost 5 months later and this issue still has not been resolved by Kole.

Everything I've received has been well worth the money spent!

Have made many orders from Kole Imports - large and small. Orders have always been correct, good communication from Kole Imports and my sales rep is very helpful.

Madonna is an excellent salesperson . She was pleasant informative and extremely helpful.
