Items are sub par and half of my shipment is always broken beyond repair by the time I receive it. So I'd say that Kole Imports through my experience thus far is a bit of a crap shoot. Maybe I just haven't found the right products yet, be careful of the shipping, that gets me every time, just when you think it will be one price it changes when you go to finalize the purchase, that's why I have been reluctant to purchase again from Kole, I really don't want to pay that much in shipping for items that I know are going to be broken by the time I receive them.

When I placed another order, he said he will give me half credit with that purchase and will give me the rest of the credit with my another future purchase. This did not seem very trustworthy business entity to me. I want my full credit back before I place any further order. Thanks
