Kole Imports is by far the worst wholesale company that I purchase from. They do not seem to care about filling and processing orders. How do they make money when they are so very useless. I am still awaiting an order to be filled going on almost 2 weeks now. I call and leave messages, email and still no response. This company is a joke, but not it's not funny.

Love this supplier, such a pleasure to deal with. So nice and helpful staff. The only thing I would like to be different is their prep service cost, but that's not critical at all comparing to everything else.

I purchase 70 pcs my first order from kole for my amazon business and after 10 days they cancel claiming out of stock.... Im very disappointment i spend so time to setup the Listing and now i have to deleted.. Also they not send me immediate refund im still waiting .. My 1st experience was not good at all.. Will see what comes up next..but the thing is if you face those issues from the start thats unacceptable and frustrating...

My one experience was wonderful and I plan to become a regular customer. John called me about the order and gave me clear directions to the warehouse. I forgot to bring my PO# (or some #), but the warehouse guy was able to help me. While he was helping me two other people asked if I needed help. I received my boxes and one of the young men even loaded it into my car.

(I highly advise that you closely monitor your bank account every time make a purchase with them) They kept double-charging my bank account and when confronted about it, they keep lying and denying it. When they provide proof, it's only what they want you to see. But, my bank has confirmed over and over again that they are in fact double-charging my account causing it to overdraft it with fees I'm having trouble paying. For Example... Proof: 09/24/18 Purchased product from them for (118.00) In my bank account, it says (-118.00) on that same day. It takes them about 2 weeks to ship the product out. And when they do, ANOTHER charge of the same price is taken from my account. Proof: 10/1/18 After I get a message confirming the product has been shipped, I go and look at my bank account to find another (-118.00) purchase taken out that I did not make. This happened numerous times before with me thinking that that's just how the process is done but it never made sense to me on why until I called my bank to find out they are double charging. They've even admitted that they had another customer complain about the same exact issue.

I purchased gloves for a fundraiser and the gloves came with a warning that they contained DEHP, a chemical known to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. This was not disclosed on the item description when I purchased. After being on hold for 35 minutes i called back and finally spoke to the CS manager who stated they did not have to disclose that information and if I did not want the product i would have to pay the shipping to return, and there would be a 20% restocking fee. He finally agree to waive the fee. There was no apology for the oversight or any inconvenience caused to me , just repeated his justification that they were right and it was all right there in the fine print.. Nothing similar to the company blurb I listened to while on hold where it was repeatedly stated Kole is dedicated to exceptional customer service and they work towards solutions, not just service! Perhaps he should listen to their own message! No sense of responsibility - hiding behind company policy! very sad! i am disappointed.

I placed a large order with Kole Imports and they only sent one third of the items that we requested. They did not communicate that they were unable to fill the entire order and I only found out when the shipment arrived with fewer items than we ordered. I have been trying to find out why they did not ship the full order and if/when we can get the remaining items, but they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

I have ordered a couple of stuff from them, but when it has arrived i found out i didn't received all of it, there was stuff missing.( Don't mention the delivery was supposed to be fast through fedex and it took something like 3 weeks.) Anyway i asked for a refund for the stuff that did not arrived and the 3 times i called them they said the money should be back in my bank account any day now. A week after my last phone call i've sent them an email and they did not responded. It's been over a month and i still did not received my money back. They are a scam! not recommended at all, worst experience ever.

Website is extremely easy to get around in. I like that they don't require a minimum order and that each item has lower quantities. I really appreciate they are from the US and my items shipped and arrived very timely. I will be making many more purchases from them.....Thank You!!

Great site and over the top customer service. They even called personally to verify the purchase and see if there was anything else I needed. That just doesn't happen in this age of online purchasing. Nice job!

I placed an order over 2 months ago for stuff to use as a party favor for kids. I received some of the items, received a refund for a few items they said that was not in stock, and also received quite a few items I did not ordered as substitute for items that I ordered but was not sent to me for reasons unknown. I contacted KoleImports TWICE to return the items they had wrongfully sent me and to seek a refund for the items that I ordered but was not sent to me. I received an email from them that they will refund my money in a few days. Its over two weeks and I still have not received my refund and I am now stuck with 24 packs of junk. They do have items at reasonable price, but I believe that customers should be given what they ordered. If an item is not in stock, the money should be refunded rather than replacing the order with other items that are totally different and of no use to the customer. I had several items in my cart and was going to make another purchase, but because of this experience I would rather shop somewhere else. They even called me to complete my new purchase and offered me a coupon to use, but still can't issue my refund for the items they did not send me.

Placed an order for an upcoming event. A portion of the items arrived broken and I needed the exact number that I ordered. I contacted the company immediately, asking that the items be replaced. They would have to be mailed using two-day shipping for them to arrive in time. I was told that I lived too far away for them to do that. They told me they could only offer an account credit or refund. If the items you are ordering are for an important event do not count on this company.

I ordered two times and I had very bad experience. They never send me all item that I ordered and when I send them messages for refund but no response from them . They are like thief 😡
