Wrong medication ordered and given

I always enjoy the helpful, informed staff at Finlandia

My order arrived promptly and undamaged. The expiry date, 2025, is great as well.

Every time I order they immediately act on it and update me it’s status on availability and delivery shipment

I ordered 5 glass nail files the first part of October...or perhaps the end of August...? (I can check my Visa statement for the billing date.) I was told they would arrive by the end of October. Not a word so far and my money hasn't been refunded.

Wonderful customer service… Answered all my questions. Online order still showed provacsin can be ordered. Missed out on a chance to buy somewhere else that had it in stock. J’ai fait l’achat d’un objet sans savoir que l’article n’était pas disponible. Pourquoi ne pas l’annoncer lorsque le produit est « back order ». Ça fait près de deux semaines que j’ai commandé le produit et il a été envoyé hier.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still don’t have it because it’s on back order.

I rated as very poor. Why? 1. I sent an email asking the status of my order but did not receive a reply. 2. I called and left a message with the Order department to call me regarding the status of my order. I left the order #, my name and phone number. I have yet to receive a return call. 3. It has been one day short of three (3) weeks and I am still waiting for the arrival of my order. That is why I rated 1 out of 5. If there was a zero I would have given that rating. E.
