Canada | 08 December 2022They use to be great. Items shipped out and received within 2 days. They would email if delayed and ship out separate packages. My order from two weeks ago has yet to be shipped. I had to follow up with them they said they’d mail out a partial shipment - that was almost a week ago - still no shipping notice. They said delays due to Black Friday sales but I ordered a few days before then and should have received the items prior to Black Friday. Very disappointed.

Solved the problem and placed my order right away and received it within 2 or 3 days. I am totally happy with my experience with them.

I finally spoke to someone who said the item is not in stock and will not be for another 2-3 weeks. Why have an item on your website if you cannot stock it? Very disappointed.
