Took out camper insurance online. Answered all questions honestly and said it was registered with DVLA as a van. They called me on the Monday when insurance had started saying they couldn’t insure me as it was a van and not a camper. Refused to return my deposit as said the insurance had already started although they would not have paid out if there was an accident. Thankfully never drove the van that day or we wouldn’t have been insured. They also tried to charge me £35 cancellation fee although it was them not providing the service they quoted me for.

Jade was very helpful and took the time to find the best quote for me.

What a breath of fresh air it has been dealing with Insurd. First of all there has no “press this button for this, and that button for that…” and then never getting to talk to a human! The customer service has been second to none and I have actually spoken with real human beings who have been professional, friendly, and helpful. I can’t fault anything about the service and would highly recommend this company when choosing your insurance.
