Jade Hallas​​​​ Sales Agent- well where do I start. I was having a nightmare with a claim that’s was a non fault but not showing that way! Causing my insurance to go crazy, however this was not a problem for jade she took lots of her time everyday for around a week chasing this for me keeping me updated and insuring me she would push her hardest to get this done and she did!! getting me the result I needed in time for my renewal!! It’s so nice to know That people like jade still exist going above and beyond when no one else would! If there anyways she could get a raise or a bonus could be given to her personally I would be more than happy to contribute to this !! Do NOT use this company. They are cheap for a reason. I have just cancelled my annual £329 policy with them with 6 months’ term remaining and they have 3 cancellation charges amounting to £135. £60 from Insurd, £60 from the insurer and an additional £15 admin fee. I’m in contact with the Ombudsman over this unreasonable practice but as it’s vaguely mentioned in the t’s and c’s it seems they will legally be allowed to fleece you. Absurd policies by Insurd. No stars from me.

I was a new customer with Insurd I took out a Taxi insurance policy with them I was more than pleased with their efficency and how quick they answered their phones I dealt with a young lady called Jade She was absolutely brilliant She made everything easy and was very professional at her job I would definitely recommend this insurance company

Sold me the policy then took it back the following day, something about a computer error, if you advertise a price and someone buys for that price the decent thing to do is honour the deal but..................
