Came across Insurd on a comparison site. I needed some adjustments doing to the policy. So I called up. Originally speaking with Peter who tried hard to get things to work for me and Natalie who helped to finalise and make sure I had all I needed for a good price. Couldn't be happier with their service. Great to speak to. Realistic and efficient. Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.

Great price with a leading insurer

Used Compare the Market to obtain information for insurance for my motorhome, Insurd gave the best price for identical insurance from my previous company plus breakdown cover which wasn’t included in my previous cover Website very easy to use.

I dealt with Natalie, she got me a much better quote, very efficient and sorted out everything for me, definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Natalie, I recieved a polite follow up call from Natalie about Insurd Ltd when I had received my quote from a price comparison site, as I had not heard of Insurd before, there was no pressure to pay or take out the policy. But at £50 below my exsisting policy it was a no brainer and it was still with Ageas, I will be using Insurd again when my other policies are up for renewal. Awesome company and outstanding Customer Service.

I never look forward to the whole renewing of my insurance but today I had the pleasure of speaking to Ashley. She was very pleasant, amiable and professional. Pushing for conf on 'no claims discount' even when advised of personal matters requiring complete attention. And then proposing to charge £35 extra if dtls not received by a certain date.
