As an ex insurance Broker of 40 years experiance , I have spoken to many insurance companies since retirement following online quotes . I normally ask questions about cover details and normally end up speaking to a person that has very little knowledge of product or industry and read from a script . In this case , completely opposite !!. Ashley Lombard in the sales dept was very helpful , listened to me and explained everything and answered questions in full .
