Unbelievable! I had to contact Customer services to get a renewal Quote for my motor home, and they replied with a quote that was more than a 100% increase. I've had no claims, no change in circumstances and there is nothing that could justify this preposterous price rise. A straight forward case of optimistic profiteering. It took me 15 minutes to find a company that specializes in Motor home insurance and a price better than i paid last year.
