The response from Insurd to my initial enquiry was a breathe of fresh air. I felt they were totally on my side, fully understood my needs and really tried hard to find the right package for my Motorcaravan insurance needs. A bonus was that the staff all spoke English without a broken accent. I have no hesitation in recommending Insurd. David

Tried to contact by phone to take a new policy, but after being trying for over 45 mins i gave up. Also no replies to emails. Think hard, try phoning and see how long it takes to give you an idea of customer services. Not sure as to all the 5* only reviews listed. Updates: Have spoken to Ashley a few times, very polite, & always phoned me at the agreed times. I was happy with the response re taking out a new motor home policy, so now all good on that side of things, just waiting for postal paper work to arrive. Now in regard to call holding times: On the one occasion i had to phone the wait time was 18 mins, now i don't expect instant answers, i think no more than 5 mins is about the maximum. Ashley said she would look into it.

Chris of Insurd couldn’t have been more helpful; he was very knowledgeable on the Motorhome insurance cover available and wasn’t in any hurry to get the business. He explained the different options available and allowed me time to make informed decisions. After searching online for my new Taxi business insurance this company was the best I have come across. Tiffany was so helpful and very patient with me as this was my first time insuring a taxi vehicle, She explained everything and helped me with all the questions I hade . Compared with other Insurance providers the process was straightforward and price competitive. Not sure why the 'big boys' need to make life so difficult, would recommend giving Insurd a try and providing renewal next year is competitive would not hesitate to stay with them
