Needed insurance for a new motorhome including a driver with 3 minor claims in past 5 years. Insurd gave by far the cheapest quote of the few companies that would offer cover via Go Compare - phew! Because the new van won't be registered until 1st March, its exact engine details were extremely difficult to identify from a very long list of Ford Transit engines. Huge thanks to Ashley who just wouldn't give up until she'd found it; she even managed to shave more money off the premium! All with a very pleasant and helpful manner, that turned a stressful task into success and relief. Thank you!

Well, it's that time of year again when you have to renew your car/van/motorcycle/motorhome or campervan insurance. Good value quote easy to set up policy

Everything was so easy and completely seamless

Plain easy to use web site, only downside had to send proof of ncd when other insurers pick it up form the shared data base.

Made a claim last Friday, had to wait a week to get my replacement car but hopefully things have been sorted now. Peter, who was helping with my claim was very helpful and understanding, managed to explain a lot about my policy and also tell me some things I wasn't even aware of. Keep up the good work!
