I bought a cover through Insurd with a good quote, and send everything they asked except 1 year no claim policy because the previous insurance company told me that I have moved 2 policies into 1 year, and I told Insurd that I didn’t have no claim bonus and asked them to update me what is the consequence will be, so I can get a chance to buy another policy which is convenient to me, I have not received any update from them and the new policy started and after about 10 days they told me to cancel the policy and will lose 50% of the Money I paid or accept a new premium of 50% increase It’s absolutely disappointing, Sorry and apologies are not enough and you can’t push a customer to a certain policy we are in an open market where you can buy what ever you feel is suitable

We received a very competitive quote for our motorhome insurance via one of the compare sites. There was an almost immediate contact from Insurd who provided a number of options in a helpful no-pressure manner that we found most welcome. Ashley was extremely efficient, pleasant and patient whilst we decided our best option and we will be contacting them again when our car insurance becomes due.

I'm a newly qualified driver and found getting insurance for a reasonable pretty demanding. I tried recommendations from other drivers but by far INSURD were the best to deal with. I personally dealt with Natalie and she was great, there was no rush and she was very understanding and helpful. The price Natalie managed to get for me was also the best and most competitive, highly recommended. I've since been dealing with Ruby regarding documents etc, Ruby is also very helpful and fast to answer any problems you mat have. Definitely worth at least trying these guys, I'll certainly be recommending them.

I would highly recommend this company. I needed to amend my mileage limit on my LV motorhome policy which was taken out through Insurd in April.
