When purchasing a vehicle I was advised to have insurance in place prior to collection (I intended on doing it on the day, or getting temporary insurance). Typically it was left last minute, specifically the day before and approaching out of working hours. I purchased insurance through go compare, where I was offered a competitive price by a few companies. The first of which, was actually cheaper....however their payment method did not work. Insurd, being second in line, did accept payment via the website. Unfortunately there was an issue with the registration. ..but I believe this is where Insurd came through the most. The customer service was exceptional, before I had a chance to contact them, they had contacted me (outside of working hours) and assured me it would be resolved the following day. The following day I called to enquire where they were working on the issue and had resolved it as soon as I put the phone down, with confirmation emails to follow. Initial impressions are fantastic, which is unusual of recent times and is why I have followed up with a review.

Insurd was excellent from start to finish and the price was a lot less than I paid last year,what also appealed to me was the tree planting which was a nice surprise Highly recommended
