Contacted Insured for a quote - firstly I was so impressed by the knowledge of Peter Maynard. No hard sell here, just a kind guy who answered all my questions well. He even recommended I re-classify my vehicle as although I know it as a motorhome it was a car derived van on my logbook! He sent me all the information and link to DVLA and that was before I had accepted his quote. The quote was nearly half my current provider whose customer service was not a patch on Peter at Insured. After entering all details correctly via Go Compare, I was given a quote admittedly the cheapest. I accepted and paid in full only to be contacted the next day and being told something went wrong with their system and the quote should not have been issued and had to be retracted. Refunded in full on the third working day. Shame about the outcome as everything else appeared to go perfectly. Emma contacted me about the issue and tried to issue a suitable quote over the phone to no avail. Despite the issue, customer service was good.

Just insured my van through insurd today, had a really competitive quote, actually saved over £200 on my previous long term insurance company. Ashley was so helpful and pleasant on the phone, so nice to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about and is happy, makes a pleasant change to talking to some of the miserable people you often get in call centres. Would highly recommend.
