Clear, succinct and unerstandable

I watched about half, which spoke of, and explained inheritance tax. It told me nothing more than the basics. In other words, I could have told my mate over a beer. After that it was just an insurance sales pitch, again, I could have told you all that stuff. Waste of my time. I am not a lawyer, or an accountant, but a bricklayer, albeit with several properties and no finance.

This platform has gone from being the most value to the least value in a matter of month. You must pay the 2% fee which over a year will equal a lot more than the one of fee for other platforms and they probably want to consider if this is how they want to make their money. Regardless Sizwe has been the star player since the beginning and we have rented out 3 properties on the platform so far. Not sure if we will keep using them but if we do, I’ll be able to sleep better at night knowing Sizwe is on the case
