Great customer service, however, the website interface can do with some improvement to make it more user friendly.

Sunny Channa called at the scheduled time, addressed my questions/needs, provided clear explanations of the options available and quickly provided comprehensive quotes (which stacked up competitively with those I'd obtained from elsewhere). Sunny then provided me with soft copies of documents to read through. The confirmation and payment process was straight forward and policy documents were issued within 30 minutes of paying the premium.

Excellent service from start to finish, though the website was problematic occasionally. It all seems too good to be true, but it actually is. We are not professional landlords, so it was helpful to receive friendly, professional advice, without incurring huge costs. Highly recommended.

Hi I Couldn’t hear it in my iPhone unfortunately i downloaded webinar app etc ..

Nothing much I didn't know already. Good tenants leave when you need them to go and you work with them. Its the bad ones you want out and they make your life difficult, late rent payments etc. Contact council to get on housing list, council gets involved and then the council will advise to stay put and wait for the bailiff!

The webinar was more about selling your products and less about avoiding the court process
