The webinar was a really useful and well presented guide to the use of the company structure for a property business. A good intoduction to the subject.

Generally had a positive experience using the Mashroom platform for managing our small rental portfolio. The chat service is very handy and Shradha is always prompt to call to quicken the resolution process. I really just need Mashroom to work on improving the quality of the platform itself - it's very buggy and made a simple contract renewal a very complicated process as the platform just didn't handle it well and whenever I selected an option, it wasn't reflected. What's also very annoying, is that if you modify a listing (e.g. modify the rental price or description) the platform forces you to verify your identity each time, which is very time consuming and most of the time doesn't work so you're then forced to contact their support line. Coming from a tech background, ideally, you would only need to confirm your identity once and then you're set. All tech issues aside, it's relatively simple to use.

It was a comprehensive webinar covering a range of incorporation issues.

Thank you. Go to webinar had to be downloaded though already installed which seemed to cause sound and continuity issues for me? I ended up watching half of 2 sessions which was both a pleasure and confusing?

There were some golden nuggets of information contained in the presentation and they were invaluable. I would strongly recommend Mashroom webinars to all landlords and potential landlords.

Very interesting and a lot of useful information

Regardless of the doubts of my family for using a company that didn't have a presence in my home town of Aberdeen, I was extremely satisfied with how everything went. Given the tough market at the moment, I was pleasantly surprised to have three viewings and two offers within 6 weeks of going onto the market. The agents were always easy to reach, very knowledgeable, especially Jacob, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to go with this agent again. If you are willing to put in a bit of the work yourself to make sure that the property is being marketed correctly, then I would definitely recommend Griffin Property Co. in future.
