A bait and switch company. They give me a price for my car to be shipped out and once I accept they change the terms and try to charge $200 more. Go with another company and do not work with penny (One of their agents)

Nolan at Crystal was very diligent in searching for a driver on a rather difficult city pair. After a couple of false starts, he located Jevan who was a perfect fit for the job.

If you need fast service, then this is the place for you. I was able to ship my son's car from Philadelphia to Tampa in just one day. Derek from Crystal Car Shipping was able to find someone right away. The car was picked up only hours after having called & it arrived the very next day. They allowed me to pack some things in the car as well for no extra cost and communicated with me throughout the process. My only complaint was the difference in the price I was quoted for & what the total cost actually was; however, Derek did negotiate and got it down to a $200 difference. For the service I received, it was worth it!

CCS helped me out shipping my car to Miami Port, Hunter was my broker, and he was always in contact with me. We had a driver cancelation, and he found another driver within hours. I am pleased with CCS service, very professional and affordable.

I had a great experience with CCS. There are so many shippers/transport/brokers who give you quotes and bombard you with texts and email, its nice to have someone who is there to navigate the waters for you. In this case, Thomas Rios, my broker with CCS, guided me the whole way. He was very communicative, which I think is really important; and answered all my questions as we wen through the process. I felt reassured that my vehicle was going to get from TX to CA with no issues. Thomas set everything up; AND followed up after the fact. The transport business is dog-eat-dog, especially today, and speed bumps are expected; but Thomas got me through. At the end of the day, I am satisfied, my car is on the way to its destination, and that a BIG to-do I can cross off my list!

Experience was great. I originally was working with Paula to have my vehicle shipped from LA to TX, however, Amelia got me through the rest of the process. She kept in contact, fast dispatching on a driver & was very thorough. The driver was also great.
