She and her team did the best they could to get me the lowest price they could but due to rising gas prices the drivers were demanding a bit more. She informed me of the quote that the drivers were requesting and after noticing my somewhat displeasure with the difference in the quote she she offered up her portion of the profit in order for me to be a satisfied customer. I agreed to let them handle the delivery of my vehicle which arrived in a timely manner and with no issues. I would highly recommend their services.

Crystal Car Shipping gave us a price, date of pick-up and delivery. The pick-up day came and went and the next day I called, and they said the driver backed out because of the price. The company then promised to make good and gave another pickup date. I called every day before the new pick-up and was told everything is right on schedule. Today is the day for pickup and no one showed. I called the company and they said that the driver wasn't coming because his dealer transport job was canceled and that left his trailer empty and can't transport just our car. I purchased my plane tickets based on this schedule. So now I have to start all over again with everything. No communication unless I called them. Worst service, unreliable. I have never had worse service.

This was a great experience. I was scared in the beginning because I never done anything like this before but everything was legit and worked out for me. Orlando was very helpful throughout the process. He answered every question and all concerns I had. Everytime I called or text there was an immediate response. I would highly recommend and would def reach out to Orlando for any future transports.
