I made a reservation through Crystal Car shipping to ship my 2 vehicles. During the first week of March 2022 I spoke with a lady named Jasmine. My vehicles were scheduled to be picked up on March 23rd at my house. The quote I received was $1200. I had checked with other companies. This wasn't the cheapest rate, but I felt comfortable using this company. On Thursday (March 17th) I called Crystal Car shipping to confirm the transport. No one answered and I left a message. I continued to call for several days with no one returning my calls. I finally got in touch with someone on Monday (March 21st) and confirmed that my vehicles would be picked up on time. (March 23rd) between 1 and 3 PM. On Tuesday (March 22nd) I received a text from a new lady (Paula) who told me that they were not able to pick up my vehicles as promised unless I paid more. At this point, I had moved all my household goods, and bought a plane ticket to Georgia. I was told that was my only option. I even spoke with the manager (Damien) who just made excuses but provided no solutions. My only option was to pay more and have my vehicles shipped. Their site claims that they are "trusted" and a top company? Not sure who decided that. I would steer clear of this company. Bait and switch for sure. Wait until the last day, when they know you can't change anything, and bump up the price. Very disappointing. And their response completely missed the point? Had you returned calls in a timely manner, I could have made other arrangements. This had zero to do with the driver and everything to do with poor management at Crystal Car shipping. Rather than accept their shortcomings, they put the blame on others. Overhaul of supervision needed.

Was skeptical with all the 5 star reviews thinking they were bots but overall I had a good experience with crystal car shipping. There was a small miscommunication at pickup with the carrier and not crystal car shipping but delivery was smooth!! Hunter went above and beyond to help me and was super responsive. Ended up have to pay a little more than quoted but that’s understood with gas prices being insane right now. Still cheaper than other companies! Thanks!

He had answers for every question I had and was in constant communication while the vehicle was in route to its destination. I had communicated with Logan, for them to pick up and they picked up on the day of. They delivered in 4 days from FL.to NY.They contact you qhen they are about to drop off but the time will vary. I got called at about 10:30AM but the vehicle wasn't delivered till after 2PM. Driver was friendly. Would recommend them. But you will have to provide the whole day that they call to drop off the car. Don't make plans that day.

Trying to move a truck from Florida to South Carolina during these ridiculous gas prices is insane. Hunter did a fantastic job getting me taken care of. Was scheduled for pickup at a good price, unfortunately the entire load got cancelled. Hunter worked hard to find a carrier that was affordable and in my time frame. Absolutely no issues with pickup or delivery. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.
