Communication with Paula was easy. We were text messaging on a Monday and found a truck driver that will ship the car from NJ to TX the next day. The truck dispatcher was in contact with my brother informed about the pick up in NJ between 1-5:00 Pm but due to traffic and accident on the road, the truck came around 7:00 PM. I was surprised how fast the truck driver was because I got a call on Thursday around noon that the driver is about 15 mins away from where I live. However the truck that carries 6 vehicles is not able to enter my subdivision due to hanging trees at the entrance of my subdivision. I met Raciel the driver outside my subdivision and after using Zelle to pay him, I received my vehicle. No issue whatsover. I will gladly use Crystal Car Shipping next time we ship a car. Thanks!
