No complicated forms to fill in and after I submitted my form a really helpful chap called Tom Jackson helped me sign up with them and it all only took 15 mins. The young lady who dealt with us was most helpful and went through what is a complicated process extremely smoothly, explaining why she was asking certain questions and what part of the conversation was being recorded - and why. I cannot speak too highly of her and would certainly recommend this company to others. We are only a relatively small operation but she dealt with us as if we were a large conglomerate and made us feel important enough to bother about. A refreshing change nowadays. Most definitely 5 Stars

United Kingdom | 22 August 2016Spoke to Beth Dixon at Energy Advice Line this morning who simply provided me with cheaper energy deals. There was no hard sell, she just found a better price for me on the terms that I wanted which took no more than a few minutes. My only concern was that they seem to keep bears in the office. She was obviously worried as she kept saying "bear with me" while she looked for better deals on the computer. While I was more than happy with the service Energy Advice Line provided this morning, for the safety of their employees I think bears should be left in the woods where they can do whatever they need to do!
