I used the online system which provided me with a quote for electricity. This was followed up by a phone call from Luke who explained that Advice Line was independent. Talked me through the quotation and explained that Advice Line would manage our energy costs ensuring that when it came to renewal they would provide us with the most competitive quotation in plenty of time to terminate the existing contract if necessary.
