United Kingdom | 30 November 2015I have used several switching services over the years, but when my preferred service no longer offered online comparisons, I thought I'd try Energy Advice Line. What a difference! They are very upfront about which suppliers they offer, and that they receive the same commission no matter who you choose. The whole contract renewal process was very friendly and thorough. However, this was nothing compared to the efforts they went to in order to sort out the mess created by my old supplier using the wrong meter readings. It took three months and they had to send several emails, but it was all sorted out. This saved me an enormous amount of time. Thanks to everyone!

His customer service skills were excellent, he was very polite and extremely helpful. Having had the most horrendous experience with BT recently and the most appalling customer service from them, it was refreshing to speak to someone who is such a credit to their company. We often get brokers such as the EAL calling our busness and they are often very rude and very pushy but this guy could have been more the opposite.On top of this he saved us a massive amount for our business.
