On time friendly driver,clean car

Service was prompt but the car was very dirty inside. A thick layer of dust over the central console, car smelled like someone had slept in it. As a professional driver I was unhappy that the driver drove almost the entire journey with only one hand on the steering wheel his other was engaged in flicking prayer beads continuously whilst reciting prayers under his breath. Arrived ten minutes late and felt on exiting that I needed a wash. Such a shame as previous experiences have been good. Maybe this was a one off

Easy to order and pay for a cab on the app. Cars have been on time, clean and comfortable, and the drivers polite.The staff in the office were very helpful the one time I had a bank card hitch, that type of customer service means I’d use Mount Cars as my go-to cab company every time.

Trusting the pricing and prompt service

Used for both airport drop off and pick up. Both drivers came on time, and I was sent a text beforehand so I could track where they were. Car was comfortable and the right size for my needs (had a bike box). Price was good compared to other options. Have used before and will use next time.

All the drivers are friendly and very helpful. I usually have a large heavy bag or trolley and they always carry them for me.
