My taxi didn't arrive at the pick-up point booked, and when I called the office a lady screamed at me repeatedly saying the taxi was there - it wasn't - and then hang up on me. Have never experienced such rude, unhelpful, and frankly unacceptable service. Eventually the taxi arrived 15 minutes late, very poor service, especially considering this was a booking for the airport. Extremely disappointed with the service provided and will not be using again.
