I visit the UK regularly and was an Uber customer until I first used Mount Cars. From my experience, the drivers have all been courteous and professional and the service has been excellent overall. On my most recent booking, the car arrived 30 minutes after I booked it, but the controller was very clear in letting me know that in advance and checked I would be OK with that. I trust this company, my adult daughters use the service and I highly recommend them.

Been using this firm for 15 years! I have never had any problems. The office staff and drivers are always very polite and helpful.

Poor communication about how long the car would be as I was a given a waiting time of !0 minutes and actually I was left waiting for 40 mins then when I called was told there were no other drivers in the area but then one appeared as if by magic!!

I'll always give Mount Cars 5 stars because they never let me down. The most reliable cab station around. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you.

Fuming had a car booked since yesterday to get my cat to the hospital for a broken leg. I rang half hour ago to make payment and was informed they won't be coming because of some cycling race. They didn't think to phone or text to tell me? Then when I got mad they didn't like it. Are you kidding me my cats suffering I'm sitting here with him going mental in a carrier and they weren't even coming. I've put loads of business their way too. Not anymore heartless w--'xxx. Oh I'm heartbroken I've been blacklisted 🙄I had to phone you about payment 20 minutes before you were due to be told you'll probably not be coming obviously I'm going to be p!%$ed off especially as you wouldn't have told me and I'd be waiting with a seriously injured animal. But I understand the brainwashed jabbed sheeple have no empathy for anyone or anything that's obvious over the past few years. So crack on love I'm really not arsed.
