I enjoy receiving wonderful friendly service from Mount Cars for few years now. Pick up is always on time (in fact 5 min earlier!) and on this occasion I am most grateful for their ability to manage changes in my booking as my flight details changed three times. Thank you!

Positives - App was easy to use - Taxi was early - Journey was smooth Negatives - The driver did have a mask on for Corona Virus but it was over his mouth but underneath his nose - Also the taxi stunk of cigarette smoke

Very impressed with this service, my booking was for 4.15 am and I was concerned that being so early I would be forgotten about but not the case, they alerted me when car was on the way it arrived on time was thoroughly clean, driver was masked as was I making me feel safe and secure. I will be using them again can definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service. Easy to use app. The driver was more than helpful. The app allowed us to track the vehicle and then ring the driver to get updates.

I’ve used this app service for the last few weeks and each trip from booking to drop off has been seamless. Card payment taken at booking so it’s contactless and you know exactly what you’re being charged. Details of the car you’ve booked and tracking are so handy. I’d definitely recommend using this.

As always office were fantastic . Ineeded a cab to go whipps x hospital for pick up but not for me . No cash in person so pre paid with card and job was done . Thank you chingford cabs as always great job done . John
