Spot on service. Never any wastage from short dated cartons . Longer dates than the shops

We use to order semi skimmed in a plastic bottle and have recently change to full fat in glass bottles. What a difference in taste!! I can't remember the last time I had milk from a glass bottle (must have been a child) it tastes fresh and creamy. Bottles have a good use by date of 7 days. 4 pints last us a week. Great to support local diary farmers and I have no issue paying a little extra for pints of milk, when I get it freshly delivered each week and tastes better than any milk from a supermarket/shop.

They deliver on time, fresh, clean milk.

I just started with this and 1st the milk arrived on the wrong day Tuesday, didnt need milk on Tuesday but hey oh. Wednesday I had a call from a very persistant operator asking me to pay. I said politely that I would do it online, but again she said she would take it now over the phone - we went on a few times back and forth until I had to get really stern with her. Friday the same week I then received another load of milk... Ok its been moved to Friday but I didnt want two of these in the same week. Having a little bit of difficulty contacting someone online to a cancel and b complain - also the milkman that does deliver comes really early wakes our noisy dog up and then for at least 30 mins he is barking. Again no where on line apart from a contact form which takes 5 days for them to reply( so it says) on the website - not that impressed want to pay for my milk but also cancel

Door to door salesman came last week, he said their products are cheaper than the supermarkets and that they use glass bottles not plastic. So I signed up for the delivery service. I specifically asked that the order be left at the side door, not the front door as that is open to the street. First delivery was made today. It wasn't left at the side door, it was on the front door step so not a good start. It was also in plastic bottles not glass. I decided to check the prices against Tesco where I normally shop. 1 ltr semi skimmed milk from McQueens is £1.90. A 2 pint carton from Tesco [which is 1.13 ltrs] is only £1.20. The orange juice, also in a 1 ltr plastic bottle, was £2.49 and is made from concentrate. A litre of pure OJ from Tesco is only £2.00. Needless to say I have cancelled my order. I have also made an official complaint about the salesman telling blatant lies in order to sign people up to the delivery service.

I've been having my milk delivered for years. Today there was an issue with the online holiday dates. I gave them a call, lovely young lady took the details, confirmed they were logged, proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything else added to my order upon my return and that was that. Firstly, I love being able to speak to a real person if there's an issue. Secondly and most importantly, since getting fresh milk delivered I've not thrown a drop away. Even when I'm running behind in using my milk before the next delivery arrives, I've never had any go off. Which cannot be said for store bought milk. So whilst my fresh organic milk is delivered to my door and costs a wee bit more, the quality and service is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend McQueens Dairy deliveries to everyone.

Had a doorstep caller at my door promoting your company after telling him I wasn’t interested and would do some research he said if I give my last name and number someone will call with more information I though okay since I’m not verbally agreeing to sign up no harm done. Flowing day a text comes with a welcome messages followed by an account has been set up log in to set up a direct debit, 3 calls later been told the account has finally been cancelled, hopefully that will be the end of it and I’ll hear no more from this company. If I do I’ll be contacting trading standards and my local crime number to report a scam in my area. I would advise anyone when a sale rep comes knocking to simply say no and close the door.

No issues with the milk but they keep getting our order wrong. Instead of the usual 4 bottles we only got 2 bottles today. Really annoying as it means we will have to buy milk from elsewhere until our next delivery

Only been using the company for four weeks and the service has been excellent 10/10 and it's so easy to change your order. They're also Bovear FREE 😁
