Has to be the best milk ever gets dropped in the morning ready for my morning tea. We have the fresh milk and the carton milk with vitamin d Never go back to supermarket milk.

Bit of a hiccup to start with but deliveries now when due really taste the difference in the milk makes my porridge more creamy keep it up

From day one an excellent service. From setting up the account to deliveries. Could not ask for a better service. The milk tastes much nicer than supermarket milk.

Order always there before I wake up and when I did have an missing item ,, it was easy to get in contact with customer service and they dealt with it quickly

The products are good and the eggs are amazing. Deliveries started off fine with no issues but then within a short space of time was either missing items or had no delivery at all. Called and the lady changed my delivery day, all was good for a week or 2 then same issues again so i cancelled direct debit. Now getting repeated texts about a debt of £2.47 when they actually didn't deliver the items, and are threatening further action...for £2.47! I know it's pennies but won't be paying out of principle, it's their error. Any staff I've spoken to have been lovely but too many errors with deliveries unfortunately so it's a no for me.

Fault with company website allowed customers to order, despite them not delivering to my area. Customer service by phone wasn't great. Weeks later and it is still saying they will deliver Monday and Thursday.

Always on time with deliveries, website very helpful & milk is free from any RUBBISH! It is a bit more expensive but you can't put a price on your health.
