Specific delivery instructions don't get followed, milk was left in the wrong place, I was left two milk lockers after being assured I'd only be left one. The second one has been waiting to be collected for 2 weeks and hasn't. They charged me for the second milk locker and 3 weeks after saying they would refund, they haven't. This is a company where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The delivery drivers don't read or understand delivery instructions.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025They make it so hard to cancel, won't accept email cancellation, use stall tactics and make you cancel by phone so the sales team can waste even more time by trying to give you the hard sell... Would have rated them highly but these barriers to cancelling and the hard sell just puts you totally off them. There is no need to put barriers in the way other than to get more of your money. * I can give further information. I emailed to ask to cancel, I got a reply "can I ask why you wish to cancel?" Then when I replied again to ask why they hadn't taken my cancellation notice I was only then told I need to call. When my husband called to cancel and he was then further tried to sell different products / wanting reasons for cancelling etc by the call handler. My husband said let's not waste time going through all this we just want to cancel. The call handler said "well it's not wasting my time" indicating he has a script / pitch he was supposed to get through. We made final payment and cancelled. I just think that's many hoops to jump through when in this day and age you can usually just cancel at a button. The final payment could be taken in other ways rather than having to call which is not an accessible process for some people. It's really no big deal it would just really put me off returning or recommending the company as it felt like purposeful barriers to cancelling the way the initial email was handled and the phone call. That's why I give a low score.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025* Updated * as a result of this trust pilot review I received a very fast response from a dedicated trustpilot review member of staff! She informed me that this had never happened before and corrected the account immediately, I now owe nothing and the account is cancelled - still an ordeal but corrected once escalated , shame it was needed but we got there in the end . Thank you for fast response. Signed up via Facebook , the address was populated by Facebook automatically which was my old address . I contacted them almost immediately but by the time I received a response after several attempts it was weeks later! I was assured deliveries were not yet due to start anyway which seemed odd but to expect the first on the 17th Jan , this did not happen but at 10pm on the 19th 2 bottles of milk arrived which again seemed an unusual time. My second two arrived a few days later despite asking to cancel. In the mean time / long delays for set up is found a local supplier offering a wider range of products with simple ordering / payment and contact methods whom Iām very happy with and have spent far more than planned with and am happy to do so. I am yet to receive the promised text from mcqueens to set up a recurring payment method . In another attempt to cancel the account I was able to retrieve the customer number allocated to me which enables access to the online ordering system. This was not recognised so I tried to contact again via email which is when I wa informed again that they cannot discuss my account , I must call . I was also told that I have an unpaid bill of Ā£7-Ā£8 but my question is for whatās? I paid for my first week which was discounted as a joining offer , received this then stopped deliveries . Iāve received 4 bottles , the empties are sitting on my step awaiting collection , I didnāt drink them as the taste is inferior to the milk from the local supplier Iām using and I just do not need it. The only way I can assume I have an outstanding balance is if you were delivering to my old address which I was assured you had not as my deliveries were due to start on the 17th which they also did not . I realise itās only a small amount but I wonāt pay for services Iāve not received especially with sure a poor experience. On last contact I was informed again by email that they cannot discuss it but they will be in touch which I found rather threatening and rude , so from reading other comments here I can only assume I will receive threatening letters too , when did milk become so complicated? Stick with a good local farm before signing up for a national company as you are not a valued customer. As Iāve said your bottles are on my step mcqueens if you deliver any more thatās where they will stay as I have no need for your product and Iāve already paid for what Iāve had

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Delivery drivers seem to not have the common sense to leave in the designated space we have requested.. !! called the head office now 3 times and they repeat our instructions however nothing changes.. now have 8 empties in the box !! will unfortunately have to cancel our order.. you try help out smaller firms but will have to buy supermarket milk again ..
